1250 Tons Pressure Molded Pallets Machine Introduction

The 1250-ton molded presswood pallet press features a three-beam, four-column structure, designed for producing 1200x800mm and smaller-sized molded pallets. Its major components are produced using automated precision machining equipment, and robotic welding ensures high-quality assembly.
The structure is well-designed, and the entire machine weighs approximately 30 tons. It can operate in both automatic and manual modes, driven by a servo motor, offering low noise, smooth operation, and precise mold closing.
In addition to producing molded pallets, this press can be used for manufacturing plastic pallets, metal accessories, and other products by simply changing the molds.
