  2. Sorting & Cleaning – Plastics are sorted and washed to remove contaminants.
  3. Shredding – Clean plastics are shredded into small flakes or pellets.
  4. Melting & Mixing – The plastic is melted and mixed with additives for strength and durability.
  5. Molding & Compression – The molten plastic is injected or compressed into a pallet mold under high pressure and temperature.
  6. Cooling & Solidification – The molded pallet is cooled to stabilize its shape.
  7. Trimming & Finishing – Edges are trimmed, and surfaces are smoothed.
  8. Quality Control – Pallets are tested for strength, durability, and load capacity.
  9. Packaging & Storage – Finished pallets are stacked and prepared for shipment.
