Features:
The mold is designed to ensure that the pallet’s surface is flat, protecting the items it carries from damage. However, this does not mean compromising its load-bearing capacity. This is an excellent pallet.

Double-Deck Molded Pallet

The double-deck molded pallet is an upgraded solution based on the traditional molded pallet design. It retains all the advantages of conventional molded pallets while offering additional features such as fumigation-free compliance, rackable structure, and compatibility with conveyor systems on production lines.

This pallet supports four-way forklift entry, ensuring efficient handling and logistics operations. The pallet weight ranges from 20 kg to 27 kg, with a dynamic load capacity of up to 1.5 tons, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.

The double-deck molded pallet consists of two separate components: a top deck and a bottom deck. These components are produced independently using two press machines (ZK-1600 or ZK-D1600). After molding, the top and bottom decks are securely assembled together using nails, resulting in a strong and stable pallet structure.
